Our Primal Workout , Primal Intervals , Primal Yoga and Primal Trek Fitness programs are designed to give you fantastic results by using cutting edge training principles. We have sessions in Centennial Park, the Domain, the Hill’s District, and Milson’s Point. We also offer Mums’ training sessions that are specifically designed to help busy Mum’s get their body back with less effort and less frustration! Healthy Treat – Trail Mix
Ingredients:1/2 cup each raw walnuts/pecans, almonds and cashews, raw pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg
sea salt
1 cup chopped dried fruit e.g. apricots, sultanas, figs, dates (all preservative free), dried cranberries (fruit juice sweetened) etc
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Roughly chop nuts and mix seeds, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle with a small amount of salt. Toast in the oven for 2-5 minutes, stirring occasionally (keep a watchful eye to make sure the nuts and seeds are only toasted, not burned!). Remove pan from oven and mix thoroughly with the dried fruit. Allow to cool and enjoy in 1/4 cup servings.
