Do you lead a busy life and want to focus more on your health and fitness?

Do you want to lose weight, gain strength, increase your energy levels and reduce stress, but don’t want to exercise in a crowded gym environment?

Most people today lead very full lives, struggle to find time to workout and find the idea of exercising inside in a gym very unappealing after being inside all day long. They think that exercising outside means jogging, which on its own is unbalanced, or going to a bootcamp class with military style exercises.

When your exercise time is limited, you don’t want to do something that you don’t enjoy, that doesn’t give good results or to be shouted at!

There are many forms of exercise out there but the trick is to ensure that your exercise program is balanced, based on natural movement patterns that will improve your function and enhance your body and includes a strong element of core stability to counteract our sedentary, seated lifestyles. It also needs to be enjoyable and preferably should be outdoors – breathing fresh, clean air and taking in amazing views energises your entire body. PrimalFit has been designed to offer all of these elements.

We have been designing outdoor training sessions since 2001 (formerly as Natural High Health & Fitness) and have trained hundreds of people with very busy lives and we have seen many people transform their bodyshapes, fitness levels and health. We have even seen clients reach extremely high altitudes in the Himalayas when they never believed that it was possible!

Before I entered the health industry, I worked as a lawyer and I therefore have a good understanding of the pressures of trying to look after your health when you are juggling a corporate career and your personal life. Now that I have two young sons, I also have an understanding of how little time there is for exercise when you are also looking after children. My qualifications in personal training, remedial massage, pilates, core conditioning, corrective exercise and as an Exercise and Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the CHEK Institute have shown me that the average exercise program out there is not only unbalanced and ineffective, it is also often dangerous. I am convinced that there are much smarter ways to train.

At PrimalFit, we love to see our clients succeed with their health and fitness. Our aim is to teach you effective, intelligent techniques such as interval training, swiss ball training and natural movement patterns using the beautiful gym that nature has provided outside. We have put these together in our sessions to offer you a truly effective program.
