PrimalFit offers a balanced exercise program for all fitness levels based on natural movement patterns that will improve your function and enhance your body. PrimalFit’s highly individualised group sessions offer you a fun, social and motivating environment. Group programs are run over a 10 to 12 week period. Each new client receives a wellness coaching session and an 8-week on-line wellness program to launch them towards optimal health and the best gains from the group training.
