Our Personal Training Program is a comprehensive package designed to help you make major progress on the road to optimum health. The program includes 1 or 2 x 50 minute coaching sessions every  week together with regular telephone or email contact to keep you on track

The coaching program commences with an initial consultation and assessment session to discuss your current health and fitness status and to indentify your goals. The program will be highly individualised but in addition to training sessions may also include the following:

Wellness Coaching Session  to examine your diet, stress levels, digestive health, exercise levels and sleep patterns. We will help you to identify your high priority areas. We will then offer you practical suggestions on how to start improving your health

Movement and Posture Analysis to design an individualised exercise program based on your needs

Home Lifestyle Consultation Session to discuss how to make your home environment as healthy as possible

Work Environment Consultation Session to examine your workplace ergonomics and to help your work out healthy lunchtime options

In-house Wellness Seminar to share information about how to live a healthy lifestyle with your family and friends
