There are a huge variety of tours that you can join to go trekking, and although you are generally guaranteed amazing scenery, the standard of these tours can vary greatly. Most people join a large commercial adventure company in an attempt to get a well-organised trip. When you choose to go down this route however you could be placed with a group of strangers from anywhere in the world who share nothing in common. There is also often no preparation beforehand and you could be worrying about whether you are really ready for your trip.

We have been designing outdoor training programs since 2001 and have trained clients for many challenging yet achievable treks all over the world! Our Trek Fitness Program has been recommended by the Sydney Morning Herald as one of the top five workouts in Sydney and we have had articles on trekking preparation published in Wild (Australia’s Wilderness Adventure Magazine) and in UltraFit Magazine.  Our qualifications in personal training, core conditioning, corrective exercise and as Exercise and Holistic Lifestyle Coaches through the CHEK Institute and our experience have shown us that the average trek preparation that people undertake is not only unbalanced and ineffective, it is also often dangerous. Our aim is to teach you effective, intelligent training techniques to fully prepare you for your adventure.
